Happy Hands Early Learning Centre subscribes to the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our everyday pedagogy. The framework is built around three core elements, Principles, Practices and Learning Outcomes. These areas are fundamental to the curriculum and early childhood learning and development. The framework enables us to strive for the best outcome for children building trusting, respectful relationships with an holistic approach in mind.

When creating our curriculum's we recognise each child as a unique, confident and capable learner equipped with the abilities to succeed in every aspect of learning and development. With this perspective all children feel a strong sense of Belonging, Being and Becoming here at Happy Hands ELC.

When implementing the curriculum we observe and analyse each child's learning and development and document these in regular observations. These are then shared via an online App called Storypark. The App allows us to share information and build strong relationships with all families and offers consistency to the children in our care.
